Out of the Ordinary was born from a simple mission: to create the program we wish our younger strategist selves had—one that channels every bit of wisdom and experience we’ve gathered along the way. In recent years, strategy has lost both its spark and its substance, leaving young strategists unprepared for today’s complex challenges.
Out of the Ordinary aims to shake things up, taking a fresh, future-focused approach that’s creative, personal, and hands-on. We believe that great strategy thrives on authenticity, and tomorrow’s business needs confident, compelling individuals who are ready to reimagine and reshape the world.
Kristina and Annika’s journey began in 2017 at SinnerSchrader’s strategy department, where a shared vision for reimagining strategy as a personal and impactful practice sparked a lasting professional and personal partnership. United by a passion for pushing boundaries and achieving strategic excellence, their collaboration is rooted in mutual trust and dynamic intellectual exchange. Together, they will host and lead this program, especially the immersive offsite events.
With 15 years in the industry, Kristina has dedicated her career to cutting the nonsense out of strategy, championing substance and authentic expression. Known for her fearless approach, she’s led agencies, studios, and consultancies, and became Germany’s youngest consultancy CEO.
In 2024, she launched Serotonin—a consulting studio committed to re-energizing the economy.
Out of the Ordinary was born from her passion to reshape contemporary strategic practice and equip organizations with the exceptional, forward-thinking talent, they urgently need to succeed.
